Here are some of our favourites, both traditional and non-traditional. Always using the very best Italian and locally sourced ingredients with “slow dough” that is proofed for at least 30 hours.

American Psycho

San Marzano tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, fresh basil, ventricina salami, roquito peppers, moon chilli honey.

Margherita with anchovies, black olives, capers and oregano.

Mozzarella, ricotta, gorgonzola, pecorino, thyme, moon chilli honey.


Napoli Salami

San Marzano tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, Napoli salami, black pepper.


Filetti   v*

Fior di latte mozzarella, baby plum tomatoes, fresh garlic, fresh basil, parmesan & extra-virgin olive oil.


Mark Zuccaberg   v*

Butternut squash, mozzarella, goats cheese, pine nuts, rocket, pecorino, black pepper.


Fun Guy   v

Fontina,  fior di latte mozzarella, garlic & thyme roasted shiitake mushrooms, caramelised red onion, black pepper, white truffle oil.



Mozzarella, scamorza, fennel pork sausage, porcini mushrooms, roasted onions, black pepper.


Salsiccia e Friarielli

Fior di latte mozzarella, fennel & chilli pork sausage, friarielli (wild broccoli).
